1979
Establishment & Rexroth Cooperation
Beijing Hydraulic Industry Company was formally established, with six factories and one specialized research institute under its jurisdiction. We initiated a landmark seven-year technical cooperation agreement with Rexroth Germany, sending hundreds of engineering personnel to Europe for advanced training in fluid power engineering.
1981
Technology Importation
We successfully imported four foundational technologies from Mannesmann Rexroth: high-pressure universal hydraulic valves, piston pump motors, planetary reducers, and high-quality hydraulic casting systems. This established our core capability in manufacturing Rexroth-equivalent hydraulic controls.
1995
Group Establishment & Secondary Joint Venture
Beijing Hydraulic Industry Group was formed to consolidate production capabilities. We collaborated with Rexroth for a second time, establishing a joint-venture company dedicated to high-precision industrial reducers.
1997
Incorporation of Huade Hydraulic Group
Beijing Huade Hydraulic Industry Group Co., Ltd. was officially registered as a unified corporate group with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. The "Huade" trademark was registered, representing Chinese precision engineering on the global market.
2016
State-Owned Capital Restructuring
We completed an equity buyback operation, transitioning into a wholly state-owned enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, assuring long-term corporate security and capital stability.
Huade Today
Currently, the group operates a global marketing center, a dedicated postgraduate training base, an engineering research institute, and multiple specialized branch companies and subsidiaries. With a registered capital of 660 million yuan, total assets exceeding 1.5 billion yuan, and 1,000 highly trained employees, we generate over 1 billion yuan in annual revenue.
In recognition of our engineering quality and manufacturing excellence, Huade has been certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Manufacturing Single Champion cultivation enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and one of the first High-Precision Development Enterprises in Beijing. We continue to drive innovation in high-pressure hydraulic control systems as a vice-chairman unit of the China Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals Industry Association.
