The working principle of the smart grease lubrication system is as follows:
Start the lubrication pump: When lubrication is required, start the lubrication pump to suck the grease in the oil tank into the pump.
Delivering grease: The lubrication pump delivers the grease to the distributor through the delivery pipe.
Distributing grease: The distributor accurately distributes the grease to each lubrication point according to the set time or cycle.
Lubricating parts: After the grease reaches the lubrication point, it lubricates the mechanical parts to reduce friction and wear.
